There is a non-refundable $30 per student or $50 per family registration fee due each year at the time of registration
Tuition is based on 36 weeks of classes, 18 weeks in each semester. Dancers are enrolled for a an entire semester. Early withdrawal results in a penalty equal to one month's tuition. Early withdrawals must be done in person with the office manager. Tuition is divided into 10 equal payments due September through June.
New students are welcome to join anytime during the year provided there is room in the class. Students enrolled after February 1 are not guaranteed to perform in the Spring Production. New students age 7 and up will be evaluated and assigned class levels. Class placement is determined by the school director and based on ability and previous dance experience.
Students are expected to be present at every class. Regular attendance is vital in the progression of the dancer. Important warm ups at the beginning of class help to prevent injury, so tardiness may result in the dancer sitting out of class. Students can make up missed classes at any time during the semester in a class of the same or lower level. At the end of the semester classes will be forfeited. There is no refund for missed classes.
For the safety of students and staff it maybe necessary to cancel classes due to inclement weather or emergency situations. If this occurs families will be notified via email and also posted on the studio website. These classes can be made up by following our attendance policy.
Drop off/Pick up policy
Parents are responsible for timely drop off and pick up of students. The studio is not responsible for providing care to students before or after class. Studio will be opened 30 minutes prior to the first class and closed 15 minutes after the last class. For student safety, no student under the age of 12 will be allowed to wait outside for their ride. A hand written release of liability must be given to studio office to deviate from this policy.
We may video or photograph your child during class or performances. These may be used for advertising or promotional purposes in print and/or on the website. To opt out of this, a form available in the office must be filled out.
